This 18/30KV single core XLPE insulated PE sheathed power cable is designed for power distribution networks. Suitable for fixed outdoor installations where mechanical stress may occur, it features both longitudinal and radial water blocking properties. The cable performs well in unfavorable operating conditions, particularly where protection against water penetration is required following mechanical damage.

  • Conductor: Copper or aluminum, Class 2: stranded conductor
  • Conductor screen: Non-metallic, semi-conducting compound
  • Insulation: Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE)
  • Insulation screen: Non-metallic, semi-conducting compound
  • Water prevention layer: swellable water prevention tape
  • Metallic screen: Copper wire and copper tape or copper tape only
